MailTemplate automates and streamlines the process of composing e-mail messages. Using predefined templates with embedded macros, MailTemplate dramatically reduces the time involved in composing both replies and new e-mail messages.
How do I create a new template?
TemplateEditor creates and manages your templates. There are two checkboxes on the top for setting if the currently selected template is to be used for new messages or reply messages.
Reply messages may be more sophisticated and contain special words starting and ending with ^^ (for example: ^^QUOTED_CONTENT^^). These special objects are resolved at runtime by querying the original message to which you are replying.

You may specify attachments in your template which will be added to outgoing message. MailTemplate does not make a copy of specified file, only keeps an alias to it.
The template editor is integrated with the address book to help when composing templates.

Using your templates
You can quickly reply to message using templates using the contextual menu available by clicking control+click (or right clicking with a two-button mouse).

New message can also be quickly created in the same manner.

Other ways of using your templates
It is also possible to select any email address inside the Mail or your Address Book to create a new message.

Integration with the Mac OS Finder
It is possible to attach any number of files (not directories) in the Finder to send using a template.
